Here are the highlights from May 2024!
Join us for an empowering and inspiring Leadership Intensive exclusively for women! This in-person, full day event will take place at the University of Southern Maine, Abromson Community Center on May 13, 2025.
Commit to your personal growth as you spend the day participating in workshops specifically designed to enhance your leadership skills so you can walk away with actionable tips to be a stronger leader, maximize your impact, and drive business growth.
Over lunch, you will be matched with senior women in business in small group settings to allow for candid conversations about career development, business development, and professional growth. These conversations will pave the way for long lasting mentorship relationships.
Then, you’ll finish the day with a networking reception to deepen your connections with other women leaders in your community.

Katherine Oliver
Principal at Bloomberg Associates
Katherine Oliver is Principal at Bloomberg Associates, a philanthropic consulting firm founded by former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. She leads the firm’s media and technology practice, advising cities around the world on digital strategy, workforce development, and innovation. Her diverse career includes prior roles as Commissioner of the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment and Managing Director of Bloomberg Radio and Television.
Oliver’s keynote will explore how leadership skills can transcend industries, allowing individuals to follow their evolving interests and passions throughout their careers. Drawing from her own professional path—from journalism to public service to philanthropy—Oliver’s story offers a compelling look at what it means to lead with curiosity, courage, and purpose.
