winter workshop in partnership with coworkhers
priorities not balance: making choices that support you, your purpose, your passion and your peace
Led by Devin Green
This workshop can help all women, but especially those that are high-achieving to consider choices that might support their wellbeing both in the workplace and at home. Many of us have been taught that our worth and value comes from what we DO, not who we ARE and it leads to massive burnouts, especially in women. In this culture that reveres busy-ness, how can we BE more and DO less and be better off for it? And it’s not about finding the elusive “balance,” it’s about making aligned choices.
This workshop was especially chosen for February’s event since it lines up with setting intentions and aligning yourself in the New Year. Our facilitator is also running a wonderful program throughout the month of January that would be a perfect compliment and precursor to the event on February 6th. A Sacred January Journey is a guided and supported journey that helps you to easefully (not rushed) connect with your inner wisdom, reflect on and honor your 2025, set sacred intentions for 2025 and align your life with those intentions. You receive weekly videos with considerations, prompts and exercises to connect with whenever you want, and there are optional weekly integration sessions with the group. Learn more and sign up here. Going on the Journey with Devin will make the impact of February’s event even stronger!

Rev. Devin Green (Devin or Rev. Dev) is an interspiritual/interfaith minister, community builder, intuitive coach, transformative mediator, ritualist, and the Minister of Connection at The Connected Way™. She is a mystical and spiritual-but-not-religious seeker, a connector, and a very curious human who loves to learn and grow. Devin left a “successful” career as a Marketing Executive in 2010 with no plan, just a strong knowing that something was really off. She since has discovered that Connection is what really matters and she was wildly Disconnected, as are so many people in our culture. She believes Disconnection is what creates suffering in our world and her passion is now squarely focused on helping people to find and foster more connection to their Self, Others, All that Is, and Spirituality. This ranges from Soul Alignment Coaching to Business Consulting and everything in between. She has an online support community The Connected Collective for anyone wanting to live more connected (aren’t we all) and is the host of The Connected Way™ Podcast.
